If a breakdown occurs, we'll do our best to fix it as soon as possible. ✦ Pets are not allowed unless approved by the host. Owners are responsible for the pet fee for extra cleaning and any damages that may occur during their stay. Fees: ✦Smoking Indoors: A fee of 200 USD will be imposed per day if smoking inside the house is detected. ✦Unauthorized Late Check-Out: A fee of 50 USD will be charged after 1 hour. If delayed by two hours, a fee equivalent to the base rate for the day will be charged. This does not grant extended stay privileges.
