MAIN FLOOR Spacious living room and kitchen with seating for 14. Karaoke machine, vinyl record wall, and a full kitchen with cookware, appliances, wine glasses, shot glasses, and dinnerware. Pink Room: 2 double beds, private bath down the hall UPSTAIRS Hardwood stairs lead up to the laundry room, a private outdoor balcony with seating, and our grass wall photo backdrop. Green Room: King bed, en-suite bath Blue Room: 2 double bunk beds (sleeps 4), en-suite bath DOWNSTAIRS Your own private ground-floor level featuring the highlight of the house. Orange Room: 2 double beds, en-suite bath The Theater Room - A converted garage with a 100" movie screen, surround sound, 8 reclining theater seats, beer pong table, electric fireplace, board games, giant Jenga, and Spike Ball. Please note this room does not have AC, so plan accordingly during warmer months. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Pink Room (Main Floor): 2 double beds - sleeps 4 Green Room (Upstairs): 1 king bed - sleeps 2 Blue Room (Upstairs): 2 double bunk beds - sleeps 4 Orange Room (Downstairs): 2 double beds - sleeps 4 Extras: 3 rollout beds in closets + living room futon All rooms include Smart TVs (except Orange Room), work desks, and full-size mirrors.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind: - No unapproved pets - No smoking inside the house (balcony's perfect for that!) - No parties or events PARKING Park out back behind the property along the sides of the shared lot, parallel to the garage door. Leave the center clear for neighbors to pass through. Fits 1 to 3 cars comfortably. Please do not use the Publix parking lot.

No parking in the Publix Lot is allowed. ★Events or parties are not allowed. ★Residents of Nashville must send an inquiry before booking. ★Smoking is permitted only in the area provided on the balcony or front porch. ★1 Pet Allowed ($100 pet fee) With Approval Only. ★Food or drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms. ★Please adhere to the noise curfew starting at 10 pm. ★Check-in and check-out times must be observed. ★Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises. ★ guests staying at the property must be listed on the reservation. No other persons are permitted on the property at any time. ★Amenities like the projector, dishwasher, HVAC, trash pickup, washer & dryer, etc. are provided for your convenience, but we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted service. If a breakdown occurs, we'll do our best to fix it as soon as possible. Fees: ★Smoking Indoors: A fee of 200 USD will be imposed per day if smoking inside the house is detected. ★Unauthorized Late Check-Out: A fee of 50 USD will be charged after 1 hour. If delayed by two hours, a fee equivalent to the base rate for the day will be charged. Elijah’s listing accurately depicted the layout of the place. He was very responsive and made things effortless while checking in and checking out. The location was perfect, especially being right next to the Publix grocery store. The uber/lyft rides were about $10-15 for an XL down to broadway and $25 to the airport. Broadway was about a 10min ride and the airport was about a 15-20min ride. One thing that everyone mentioned in our group of 8 was how nice it was to have 4 bathrooms and made getting ready super easy. The other thing we all loved was how comfortable the beds were. After long days/nights of being out on broadway, coming back to the house and getting a good night sleep on a comfortable mattress was a lifesaver. I definitely recommend Elijah’s and whenever I come back, I will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful clean home, Elijah was very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know and more! Continued to check in during our stay to make sure we were happy! Will definitely return in future visits to Nashville!

Perfect place to stay with a large group. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of space for playing games and hanging out. The location was also super convenient with the Publix and bank near by as well as tons of places to eat. Its also not far from downtown which made ubering pretty cheap! Would definitely book again!

We have stayed at Elijahs the last 2 times we have traveled to Nashville. He is very responsive and a pleasure to talk with. Will definitely use him again in our future stays. We celebrated a birthday and he had champagne, fireball shots and a lit Happy Birthday sign!! Our stay was awesome!!

Great time with my book club gals for a long weekend. Elijah is a great host. The house looks just like the pictures. The three levels worked well for us. The orange room and media room (converted garage) are on the bottom room and are the coolest spots. Love that there is a bathroom down there. The Dolly room is on the main (middle) floor where the kitchen& living room are with a communal bath too. Upstairs was the warmest (we stayed in January). So we put the cold-temperature ladies up there. There are two bedrooms with en suite baths. The king room was great for two people. The bunk room worked fine for us, but as set up would be better for kids, but not more than 2 adults as the top-bunks are not easy to get on and the beds move a lot. But the bunk room has the biggest bathroom which is nice. Overall, a great experience. It was nice being right next to Publix. Will be even better once the Hattie B's and Whataburger open across the street. Def an up & coming area.

Don’t walk, run to book this home!!! This home was very nice!!! My family celebrated our Christmas Eve game night. And this house was PERFECT. The game room was perfect. The hose was so clean, even down to the base boards. The host was very nice and even asked If I needed more games for my family game night. The parking was amazing. There was plenty of space to sleep. Oooh and we brought a Christmas tree to put up and to our surprise there was already one put up. We will definitely stay at any property that the host has.
